Within 24 Hours of Placing the Order:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. We will process a full refund, but please note that the refund timing depends on your bank's system. After cancellation, you can place a new order with the desired changes.
Orders Already Shipped or Delivered:
If your order has already shipped or been delivered, please contact us at camille.l@redrockteahouse.com. We will guide you through the return process. Once we confirm that the return is on its way, we will process a refund. You can then place a new order for the product you want.
